Open Markdown field notes, move to the neighboring text brief and CSV log, then return using the viewer controls and arrow keys.

Transcript: what happens in this video
  1. Field Notes opens as rendered Markdown in the document viewer.
  2. Next Document opens the neighboring plain-text Collection Brief. Right Arrow advances to the Observation Log, displayed as a CSV table.
  3. Left Arrow returns to the Collection Brief without reopening the folder list.

What this video shows

  • Open the Markdown field notes.
  • Use Next Document to open the text brief.
  • Press Right Arrow to open the CSV observation log.
  • Press Left Arrow to return to the brief.

Result

The viewer moves from Markdown to text to rendered CSV, then returns to the text brief without reopening the folder list.
